How we handle your information.
Webbynd is the trade name of Quantum Consulting LLC, a Nevada company at 930 S 4th St, Ste 209, Las Vegas, NV 89101. This page explains what we collect on webbynd.com, in our text-message program, and inside the phone and messaging systems we build and run for our clients. It is written in plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email hello@webbynd.com and a person will answer.
The short version
- We collect what you give us (name, business, phone, email, what you tell us on a call) and a small amount of technical data from the website.
- We do not sell your information. Ever, to anyone.
- We never share your mobile number or texting consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
- You can opt out of texts any time by replying STOP.
- If you called or texted one of our clients, that business controls your data. We process it only on their behalf.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to three groups of people:
- Website visitors — anyone who reads webbynd.com.
- Prospects and clients — business owners who book a call, email us, text us, or sign up for a Webbynd plan.
- Our clients' customers — people who call, text, or fill out a form for a business that uses a Webbynd system (for example, an AI receptionist or missed-call text-back). Section 8 is written for you.
2. What we collect
Information you give us. Your name, business name, email address, phone number, the industry you are in, and anything you type into a form, say on a discovery call, or send us by email or text. If you become a client, we also collect billing details and the information needed to set up your system (your business hours, services, booking rules, staff names, and the like).
Information collected automatically on the website. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless. It records page views, the page you came from, your country and region, device type, and clicks on our "book a call," phone, and email buttons. It does not set tracking cookies, does not build a profile of you, and does not follow you to other websites. Our web host also keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, time of request) for security.
Information from our tools. When you book a discovery call, our scheduling tool records the time you picked and the details you enter. When you text or call us, our phone system records the number, the time, and the content of the message or call. Calls may be recorded or transcribed; when they are, you will be told at the start of the call.
Fonts. The site loads type from Google Fonts. Google receives your IP address when the font file is requested. Google's privacy policy governs that request.
3. How we use it
- To answer you, book your call, and follow up on your request.
- To set up, run, support, and bill the system you bought from us.
- To send you a weekly scorecard and service notices if you are a client.
- To understand which pages on the website are useful and fix the ones that are not.
- To keep the website and our systems secure and to meet legal obligations.
We do not use your information for automated decisions that have a legal effect on you, and we do not sell it or rent it.
4. Text messages (SMS) from Webbynd
Program name: Webbynd Messages.
What you get: replies to your questions, booking confirmations and reminders, follow-ups about a system you asked about, and account or service notices if you are a client.
How you opt in: by checking the SMS consent box on a form on webbynd.com, by giving us your number and asking us to text you on a call, or by texting us first. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
Message frequency varies. Expect up to 4 messages a month, plus replies to messages you send us.
Message and data rates may apply.
To stop: reply STOP to any message and you will be unsubscribed. You will get one final text confirming that.
For help: reply HELP, email hello@webbynd.com, or call (949) 396-9452.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
5. Who we share it with
We share information only with the companies that help us run the business, and only what they need to do their job. They are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.
- HighLevel (LeadConnector) — the platform that runs our CRM, calendar, email, phone numbers, texting, and AI receptionist. Calls and texts on that platform travel over its carrier network, which is built on Twilio.
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe handles your card; we never see or store your full card number.
- Vercel — website hosting and cookieless analytics.
- Google — email (Google Workspace) and web fonts.
- Cal.com — scheduling, for as long as we use it for discovery calls.
We will also share information if the law requires it (a subpoena or court order), to protect someone's safety, or if the business is sold, in which case the buyer takes on these same promises.
We do not share, sell, or license personal information to data brokers, advertisers, or affiliates, and we do not allow third parties to collect information about your activity on webbynd.com over time and across other sites.
6. How long we keep it
- Prospect information: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
- Client account and system data: for the life of the account, plus 90 days after it closes so you can export it. Then deleted, except records the tax or legal rules make us keep.
- Call recordings and transcripts: 12 months by default, or sooner if you ask.
- Website analytics: aggregated, not tied to you, kept indefinitely.
7. Your choices and rights
Email hello@webbynd.com from the address we have on file, or call us, and we will:
- Show you what personal information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete it, unless we are required to keep it.
- Stop texting or emailing you (or just reply STOP or click unsubscribe).
We answer within 30 days. Nevada residents may also submit a request to opt out of the sale of covered information under NRS 603A.340 to the same address; we do not sell covered information, but the request is honored on record. We do not treat anyone differently for exercising these rights.
8. If you contacted one of our clients
Webbynd builds and runs phone and messaging systems for other businesses: a plumber, a law firm, a med spa, an accountant. If you called, texted, or filled out a form for one of those businesses, here is how it works:
- That business is in charge of your data. We are their service provider. We store and process your information only to do what they hired us to do (answer, text back, book an appointment, send their staff a summary).
- We do not use it for our own marketing and we do not share it with anyone else.
- Their AI receptionist will tell you it is automated. Calls may be recorded or transcribed if the business turns that on; you will hear a notice when they are.
- To see, fix, or delete your information, or to stop texts, contact the business you dealt with, or reply STOP to any text. If you cannot reach them, email us and we will pass the request along within 5 business days.
- Medical information. Unless a client has a signed agreement with us covering protected health information, our systems are not meant to hold it. Please do not text medical details to an automated line.
9. Security
Data lives on the platforms listed in section 5, all of which encrypt data in transit and at rest and are audited against industry standards. Access on our side is limited to the people who need it, protected by strong passwords and two-factor authentication. No system is perfect. If we learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as quickly as the law requires.
10. Children
Webbynd sells to businesses. The website and our services are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
When we change this page we update the effective date at the top. For meaningful changes we will also email current clients. The version on this page is always the one in force.
