For tax resolution firms
Turn IRS-debt leads into booked consultations, automatically
Your ads bring in leads at 2 a.m. This system texts every one of them in under a minute, sorts who to call first, books the consultation, gives no-shows a second chance, and follows up until they're ready. It's running at a real tax relief firm today, and I build and run it for you myself.

Where tax resolution firms lose money
A new client is worth $3,000 to $5,000 in fees, and most firms spend $800 to $1,200 to win one (TaxCure, industry estimates). A single Google lead can cost $100 to $300. Losing that lead to slow follow-up is expensive, and slow follow-up is normal. Someone who just filled out a form about IRS debt is stressed and comparing firms. Whoever answers first, with something that feels personal, usually gets the call.
The second leak is the no-show. At one firm, the biggest reason people missed their calls wasn't cold feet. It was time zones: people on the East Coast misreading Pacific appointment times. That's a mechanical problem, and it's fixable once a system is watching for it.
The third leak is quiet: leads copied by hand from an inbox into the CRM, or never copied at all. Every hand-typed step is a place where a paid lead disappears.
What gets built
Eight systems. Each one exists because a real tax relief firm needed it. Start with one or two, or have all eight built at once.
An IRS risk quiz: how much they owe, which letters they've received, whether returns are filed. Every lead arrives sorted, and lands in IRS Logics with no typing. See the steps →

An IRS relief firm in Las Vegas runs this system. Real numbers, published with the firm's written permission.
What it cost in ads
In its first three months, the system handled 226 leads and booked 67 consultations. That's about 3 out of every 10 leads. Every lead was answered in under two minutes, at any hour.
Measured June 18 to September 21, 2026: the first three months after the firm's risk-score quiz went live. Each person is counted once, and test entries are excluded. Ad costs are the firm's total Meta ad spend for those 96 days divided by all leads and all booked consultations; a few leads arrived without an ad, so the true cost per ad lead is slightly higher. Results are from a single client engagement; outcomes vary by market, offer, and follow-up.

How pricing works
A flat build fee plus a flat monthly fee. The number depends on which systems you need, so we set it together on a thirty-minute call after looking at your lead numbers.
Run five times the ads and book five times the consultations. The monthly number stays the same, locked in writing for twelve months.
The monthly fee pays for me to watch the system, fix anything within one business day, and tune the messages. You text me directly.
One person builds and runs every system, so I only take on three new firms a month.

Straight answers
How long until it's running?
The first pieces, the lead sorter, the one-minute text, and booking, are usually live within 14 days. The full system at the firm in our case study shipped in under 30 days, including the website, quiz, automations, and CRM connection.
Does it work with IRS Logics?
Yes. It runs live against IRS Logics today, creating a case for every new lead and catching duplicates. Most other case-management tools with an API or email intake can be connected the same way.
Do I have to replace my website?
No. The quiz, booking, and follow-up can plug into the site you already have. If the site itself is losing leads, you'll hear that plainly.
What does it cost?
A flat build fee plus a flat monthly fee, set on a thirty-minute call once we've looked at your lead numbers. The monthly fee never moves with your ad spend and is locked for twelve months.
Is the copy safe for a tax relief firm?
Every message is checked against the FTC's tax-relief rules before it goes out: no promises about results, no "you qualify," no fake deadlines, and no IRS look-alike images. Only the IRS decides what someone qualifies for, and the copy says so.
Who actually does the work?
Alfredo, the person who built the live system in the case study. No account managers and no subcontractors. You text him directly.
