A missed call on your business line triggers a text message from that same number, within seconds, while the person is still holding their phone. The text asks a real question rather than announcing that you're busy, because a question gets a reply and an apology doesn't.
When they answer, the conversation keeps going: it collects what the job is, offers real times from your calendar, and books the appointment. If they stop replying, it follows up a couple of times over the next day and then stops. Everything lands in your phone as a normal text thread you can jump into at any point.
