Built in Las Vegas

WEBBYND

Websites, funnels, and automation for tax resolution firms, CPA firms, and mortgage brokers in Las Vegas. Every business runs on threads that should be woven together and usually aren't — a lead that sits too long, an onboarding step still done by hand. We connect them, automate them, and build until they hold.

From a dead lead form to a working funnel

Free America Tax website, rebuilt by Webbynd

Bedrock, before Webbynd

Tax Resolution · Las Vegas, NV

Free America Tax

An IRS relief firm losing leads to slow follow-up. We built a risk-score quiz that qualifies a lead in two minutes, automated workflows that alert the owner and nurture every lead by urgency until they book, and a booking calendar that syncs in real time. Since then the system's grown into a full lead-to-close pipeline: every appointment is tracked through show or no-show with automatic recovery outreach if someone misses their call, and every lead syncs straight into their case-management system the moment it comes in. No one re-types a lead by hand.

Leads/bookings shown are from the first 30 days live. The system's kept growing since.

  • Instant lead scoring, then follow-up sequenced by urgency until they book
  • Real-time booking, reminders, and automatic no-show recovery
  • Every lead synced into their case-management system, zero re-typing
  • Every close tracked: a Monday scorecard shows leads → appointments → shows → closes

The three systems I build

Tax resolution, CPA firms, and mortgage brokers. Three niches, one person building the system for each, end to end.

−40ft Tax Resolution · Lead Conversion

A risk-score quiz that qualifies a case in minutes, automated alerts and follow-up sequenced by urgency, and a calendar that syncs in real time, built for IRS representation work specifically. The system behind Free America Tax. See the full system →

−260ft CPA Firms · Client Onboarding

The engagement letter, the PBC list, and the new-client kickoff automated end to end, so busy season doesn't stall on a document nobody chased down. See the full system →

−520ft Mortgage Brokers · Speed-to-Lead

The first response to a new lead collapsed from hours to minutes, so the loan officer who calls back first is you, not the fifth one who never gets picked up. See the full system →

What it costs

Real numbers up front, so you can decide whether this is worth a conversation before anyone's selling you anything.

The build From $5,000

Site, funnel, and automations, built once. That's the founding-client rate — three builds a month, and it includes a written case study with your real numbers.

Running it From $1,000/mo

Everything monitored and maintained, problems fixed the same day, and a Monday scorecard showing exactly what the system produced that week.

The Flat Rule $0 more as you grow

The fee never moves with your ad spend. Run five times the ads and book five times the calls — the monthly number stays the same.

One person, doing all of it

5+ years in sales showed me how often businesses struggle because of the systems behind them. Now I build the systems that work.

I design, build, and automate every project myself, including the layout, the code, and the lead routing that turns a visitor into a booked call — working alongside the same AI systems I set up for clients. That's how one person ships this much. You're working with the person who actually built it, not a subcontractor relaying your notes.

This site runs on the same standard as client work. It's just been given more room to move. If you want to see what that looks like for your business, keep following the thread.
